I accept the terms and move to the modelling service

Bayminer.com is a new type of analysis service ("Service") on the Web, provided by BayesIT:n (Bayes Information Technology Ltd.) Before using the "Service" a user without contract must accept these terms and conditions.

The Service including the concept, the structure, the visual identity and the content is propriety of BayesIT and the rights belong only to BayesIT. © BayesIT Oy 1999. BayesIT reserves all the rights to the Service.

Copying, publishing and distribution of the Service, partly or wholly, is prohibited without written permission by BayesIT. The user can copy individual pages and use the result of the Service for commercial purposes. BayesIT does not guarantee the reliability and the correctness of the results.

The Service is provided without obligations. BayesIT does not guarantee that the Service operates without interruptions and errors.  BayesIT reserves the rights to change the content, availability and function of the Service as well as the right to terminate the Service without separate notice.

The Servie is provided "As is". BayesIT is not responsible for direct or indirect damages to the user caused by content, interruptions or errors of other services accessed through the Service.

BayesIT reserves the right to change these user terms and conditions.

Users of the Service with a signed contract commits themselves to separate terms and conditions that does not override this agreement but complements it.
